We are always interested in making sure you have a pleasant visit to our site, and we are continually learning how we can better serve your needs. Check out the most frequently asked questions below. ORDERS

How do I order a book?

It's easy. You can order using PayPal interface or Amazon.com interface.

PayPal...Click the 'Buy Now' button below a book to place an order. If you increase the default quantity of one book click 'Update Totals' to recalculate costs. Enter the Ship-To Zip Code to calculate Tax and Shipping and Handling costs. Choose your payment method - credit card or PayPal and follow the screen instructions based on your selection.

Amazon.com...When you're ready to checkout, simply click on the "Amazon Payments" payment option and enter your Amazon.com email address and password. You'll easily and quickly access your account information from Amazon.com and return to Sadie Books to complete your purchase.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Sadie Books will appear on your statement.


Is your transaction processing system secure?
PayPal securely processes all orders for Sadie Books. PayPal never exposes your credit card number to Sadie Books. PayPal guarantees 100% protection against any unauthorized payments sent from your account. Every purchase is confirmed with an email receipt.

Once I place an order, when will it ship?
All orders are shipped within 2 days of order confirmation.

How do I place an order if I don't have a credit or debit card?
Click on the 'Buy Now' button to calculate book price basedon the quantity being ordered, applicable sales tax for your state, and shipping and handling costs. On the money order or check, write the name of the book and the quantity you wish to order. Include your email address or phone number so that we may contact you if we need to discuss the order. Then send your certified check or money order to: Sadie Books, P.O. Box 559, Moorestown, NJ 08057.

SHIPPING
What types of shipment methods are available?
Currently we ship all orders by First Class Flat Mail - shipments usually arrive within 2 to 7 days of leaving our location.

What happens if I don't receive my shipment in a timely manner?
In the unlikely event that you don't receive your shipment, please contact us info@sadiebooks.com. Have a copy of your invoice available.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
Currently, we only ship to United States destinations and territories. As we expand our services, international shipments will be available at our partner sites.

RETURNS
Can I return an item?
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Include your original invoice and the reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Should you return an item, you can expect a refund within 4 weeks to allow us time to receive and process the return, as well as handle bank transactions.

Can I return a book that is damaged during shipping?
Yes you can. Contact us and let us know that you are returning the item. Tell us if you want a replacement item or a refund. Return the book in its original packaging using First Class Flat Mail and we will mail you the postage cost.

GENERAL
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time and Saturday 9 am to 12 pm. We ship books Monday through Friday. Our office is open Monday to Saturday for questions and processing.

Is your company closed on any other days?
Our office is closed on Sundays and certain holidays, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes. We have a strong commitment to your privacy. We do not share any of your information. When you sign up for our mailing list, the information is only used to contact you about book releases, promotions, and discounts. We never share your information with third parties. Customer information is only used if we need to contact you about an order. If you have joined our mailing list and wish to be removed, please contact us using the preferred method on our Contact Us page.
